Now, Nevermind has benefited from two and a half decades of radio airplay, which can lead to exhaustion, so why not offer an opportunity to hear it in a different light? Simply suggesting that there’s anything wrong with this album is seen as sacrilege in a lot of circles (it sold millions so we’ll say a lot of circles), but considering how familiar the album is to a lot of listeners, a little refreshing can do it some good. Today we revisit an album that just celebrated its 25th anniversary: Nirvana’s Nevermind. If Elden misses the new deadline of January 13, the suit will be dismissed 'without prejudice,' and the matter will be considered closed. Therefore, although the lawsuit has been dismissed, Elden has been given a second chance to refile a new complaint - one which makes good the 'defects' alleged in the defendants' motion to dismiss, such as the allegation that the suit is time-barred.

However, Judge Olguin's dismissal was made 'with leave to amend'. Olguin, who was presiding over the case in the US District Court in Central California, dismissed the case after Elden missed his deadline to file an opposition to the defendants' motion to dismiss. 'Nevermind', which celebrated its thirtieth anniversary last year, was released in 1991.
